2. Products & Orders

All products are made to order. We aim to represent items accurately, but colors or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory issues.

Once an order is placed and payment processed, we may not be able to change or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice.
We use secure third-party payment processors via Shopify to handle transactions. By completing a purchase, you confirm that your payment details are valid and authorized.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are made and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times vary by location. Once an order leaves our manufacturing facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times.

5. Returns & Replacements

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site - including designs, logos, text, graphics, and photos - is the property of Armor & Light and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and services to you.
Your use of Shopify-powered features (such as checkout and payment) is also governed by Shopify’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
