At Armor & Light, every item is made to order with care and attention. We believe in quality over quantity – so your piece is created just for you once your order is placed. Most orders are printed or embroidered and shipped within 2–3 business days, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
- Standard shipping: Flat rate of $5.95 for orders under $60
- Free shipping: On all orders over $60
- Delivery time: Typically 3–5 business days after fulfillment
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays. Please also bear in mind that at busier times of year, it can take slightly longer for products to be dispatched.
Returns & Replacements
Because all of our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size.
However, if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include your order number and a brief description (plus a photo if possible), and we’ll make it right.
